Scuba Everything is authorised by the IST SPORTS CORP (manufacturers of the IST Proline brand) head office (located in Taiwan) to distribute their scuba diving and snorkeling equipment. This is very important because our customers know that Scuba Everything deals directly with the manufacturer. Our office is located in Taiwan which means we are in constant contact with the manufacturer.

Why You Should Only Buy from an Authorised Dealer

Unfortunately with the popularity of the internet, there have been a number of sellers appearing that are offering dive equipment from what is known as the grey market. These sellers do not have the permission of the manufacturer to sell their gear which can lead to problems for you, the customer. If you buy from un-authorised sellers then you will not receive warranties for your order. When purchasing equipment that makes it possible for the user to breathe underwater, every step must be taken to eliminate risk. By not receiving warranties for scuba diving equipment you are risking the users life because without a warranty you...

cannot receive support from the manufacturer and therefore you cannot receive support from your dealer either.
cannot depend on your dealer to receive any notification from the manufacturer about product faults, necessary changes or returns.
