Is Scuba Everything an authorised distributor?
Yes, we are authorised by IST SPORTS CORP to sell the IST Proline gear. We supply direct from the manufacturer. Learn more about our manufacturer authorisation and the importance of only buying from authorised dealers.
I am not a business but I would like to buy products from you. Is this possible?
The short answer is 'Yes'. Although we sell mainly to diving related businesses, we can sell to individuals as well providing they can meet our minimum order requirements. If you cannot meet our minimum order requirements, we may still be able to help you but an extra administration fee would be involved. We retain the right to accept or reject your order if we feel it is not in our interest to proceed. Learn more about our minimum order requirements.

Can I order small quantities of products? Do you have a minimum order requirement?
You can order smaller quantities but be prepared to pay an affordable administration charge if the value of your order is below USD500 (excluding shipping charges). We may decide to reject your order if it does not meet our requirements. Please read more about our minimum order requirements.

Do you supply internationally?
Yes, we ship to most destinations all over the world. It is possible that a very small number of our products are unavailable to a specific country or countries due to certain manufacturer restrictions beyond our control. If this is the case, it will be stated on the product's detail page.

Can you arrange OEM products?
Although we don't provide OEM services ourselves, it is a possibility we can arrange it for you but it really depends on the product you are interested in. For example, if you wanted to order a large number of MGB-17 Retractable Nylon Duffle Bags we could arrange for you to have your own company logo displayed on each bag. Naturally, any OEM requests will be subject to custom minimum order requirements according to our discretion.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We do not accept credit card orders from first time customers at this time. We often get emails that are obviously from fraudsters enquiring about this. These emails are always very similarly written...
I would like to order from you and I need some information . Can you send to Singapore ? Do you accept Visa/Mastercard ? Your information is important for me, thank you.
Usually we require 100% T/T (bank to bank wire transfer) payment in advance. In certain circumstances we may accept different payment terms but this is decided on a case by case basis. You will be provided with our Scuba Everything Limited company bank account information (an HSBC account in the UK) when we require payment.

Can you send me a free product sample?
We do not send new customers any free samples. Unfortunately there are people who pretend to be a company interesting in purchasing products only to disappear once they receive a product sample. If you are an existing customer, we may be able to arrange a sample for you depending on the product.
