Policy:
It is Scuba Everything's policy to provide the type of service that we would ourselves expect to receive from any other similar type of business to ours. Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Data & Privacy:
The information collected from you when you place an order, either for yourself or as a gift to someone else, will be stored in our own customer database. Your information is used to complete your requested order and process your payment accordingly. We do not pass any of this information on to a third party.
In order to protect our customer's privacy and security we may require additional information for high value orders.
Supply:
We work to supply you with the products described on this website within a reasonable time frame considering we may need to order your required product if we do not already have it in stock. If you have an urgent order, it is best to call us and discuss your delivery needs on the telephone; +886 972 065 479. Our stock is continuously changing and we hold some products in larger stock than others. Bulk orders often take a little longer to deliver as it may take time for us to gather all of your items in the quantity you need. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery of small orders will be as soon as possible and not longer than 60 days. For bulk orders, delivery time frames will be agreed at the time of order.
Contact:
We will contact you in regard to your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific products you order, to be delivered by the agreed date. It is possible that we may from time to time contact you about special offers we feel you may be interested in. However, we will only contact you about our own special offers and related diving businesses we own.

Purchase Agreement:
When you complete your order from our website, you confirm that you will not hold Scuba Everything (A to Z Net Ventures, LLC) or our suppliers in any way responsible for injuries or problems that could arise when using the items we sell. These policies are in effect from the date of purchase.
Delivery & Shipping:
As a customer, you will understand that we must rely on third party postal services or other suitable carriers to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Although we have rarely had a complaint about the quality of the goods we supply, there have been an extremely small number of occasions when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived by the requested time. As soon as we have learned of this we always work with the postal/shipping company to find where your package is. If necessary we may dispatch a replacement parcel.

Guarantee:
Based on our terms above, we feel confident that we can guarantee your total satisfaction with the products and service we provide in delivering your order. Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds:
In the event of dissatisfaction with the product we supply and a replacement is not acceptable, you must return the goods in the condition you received them to receive a full refund of the sale price. We must receive the item at our address within 30 days from the day you receive the original product.
Note: Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping charges you paid to receive the initial delivery and charges you pay to return the goods to us. If you made your initial payment using your credit card through our PayPal account then we will issue a refund to your credit card via PayPal. Similarly, if you made your payment using a PayPal account, we would also issue a refund via PayPal.
Product Returns:
Of course we are aware that on very rare occasions, an item purchased from us could need returning to us for a replacement. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with a product we send you, we ask that you use the procedure below to ask for a replacement. Please note that if you do not use the procedure outlined below, we reserve the right to judge for ourselves whether or not we can replace your product. Important: You must give us notice that you have received a faulty product within 3 days of receiving it.
Returns Procedure
- First, be absolutely sure that you will be able to return the product to us exactly as you received it. The item must be unused and include all packaging, tags, etc it arrived with. We need to receive the item at our address within 30 days from the date you received it (we ask the shipping company that delivered it to confirm the delivery date).
- Email us all details of your order including your name, your order number, the product you wish to return and a detailed description of the reason for returning. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your faulty product. We will then email you a notification that we are ready to receive your returned product. IMPORTANT: Please do not send us your package until you hear back from us. We need to be aware that you are returning a product so that we can communicate with the manufacturer as soon as possible. If you send it before receiving any notification from us, it will take us a lot longer to exchange your item or even longer if the only option is a refund.
- Once you have received your notification, send the package to us suing the fastest method available to you to ensure we can receive it in time to replace it. Please mail your order to the following address:

- When we have received your package at the address above, we will send you a notification email with the date we received it. We will then check to see whether your product has been used. If it hasn't then we will exchange your item and send it to you as soon as we can. If your item is deemed to be used, we will assess the problem with the manufacturer to determine whether it was caused during normal use (as determined by the manufacturer). If it is then we will repair or exchange according to the manufacturer's judgment. If it is deemed to have been used and the damage occurred outside of what the manufacturer considers normal use, we will return the product to you at your expense. If we cannot provide you with a replacement, we will refund you in full for the price we sold the product to you at. NOTE: We cannot refund you for any shipping involved with either the original delivery, or the product return.
For bulk business orders: Please contact us immediately with details of any problems you have with the order shipped to you so that we can assess the situation and make arrangements with you.
Payment
We accept different forms of payment depending on the type of customer. End users, or small orders should always be done using the shopping cart. Larger orders and business orders must pay differently from shopping cart users. See below:
Shopping Cart Payments:
When you place an order on the ScubaEverything.com website, it is 100%% safe and secure because we use PayPal to process your payment. Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
Currently we process all credit card orders and PayPal orders instantly online using PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of payment processing so you can be confident that your credit card is completely secure. Credit card payments through PayPal mean your complete credit card details are not even disclosed to us. Your payment is completed instantly. If for any reason a product you order is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to find out if you are interested in a similar item or whether you would prefer a full refund.
If you do not have adequate funds in your PayPal account the payment will be sent by PayPal as an eCheck payment, which usually takes 3-5 business days to clear. We do not ship products before your eCheck clears.
PLEASE NOTE: All PayPal transactions go through our parent company, A to Z Net Ventures, LLC. When you make your PayPal payment you will be charged under the A to Z Net Ventures, LLC. company name. Your credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *ZNETVENTURE".
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD: You don't need a PayPal account to buy from us. You can use your credit card to purchase through PayPal. After entering your shipment information, you will be sent to the PayPal payment page where you can either login to use your PayPal account or follow the link to you use your credit card (near the credit card logos). Through PayPal we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *ZNETVENTURE".
Business Bulk Order Payments:
We ask you to use a bank transfer (T/T) for payment of your larger order. Payment is to made 100% prior to shipping for all new customers. Existing customers may be eligible for other forms of payment but this is only done on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to accept other forms of payment ONLY if we are comfortable. We will not accept credit card orders from new customers.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
We are authorized distributors of all the IST Proline scuba and snorkeling equipment we sell. This means you will get full warranties from the manufacturer for all the IST Proline equipment bought at ScubaEverything.com.
