International Shipping for Shopping Cart Customers
We ship products all over the world and can most likely ship to your country. In special cases, we are sometimes restricted to where we can send a certain product but this will be noted in the product's description.
Important: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will be allowed into your country by the customs department. It is the customers responsibility to check their country's policy.
Orders are shipped via an international courier service. You will be charged based on the weight and size of your order as calculated using shipping company's own shipping rates. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart before you finalize your order. Upon shipment of your order, we will email a shipment confirmation so you know that your order has shipped. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).
International Shipping Restrictions:
- We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside Taiwan. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import." If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original unused condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed." The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight and size of the package. Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart before you finalize your order so you can review this amount before entering payment details. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, or a PayPal account. Contact us about money orders, or personal checks if this is your only option.

Shipping Information for Larger Business Orders
If you are a business wanting to make a bulk order, once you have submitted your Request for Quote message, we will give you send you a reply with a quote that includes shipping to your country. We will also give you an idea of shipping time as this can vary depending on where we ship to and the size of your order. We use a freight forwarder to organize large orders.
Shipping Costs
For shopping cart orders, the shipping cost is displayed for you before you enter any of your payment details. For bulk and larger business orders, your quote from us will include shipping.
Your shipping costs depend on the address you need us to ship to as well as the size, weight and packaging of your order.
Customs Charges & Declarations
Based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. These charges or import duties may be due at the time the package is retrieved by the recipient. If you fail to pay them once your order reaches your nation's customs offices, we will need to charge you for them. Customs charges are typically based on the actual value of your order, which will be based on the commercial invoice that accompanies your order. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If documents are required prior to shipment, we will ship products once the documents have been received via facsimile or mail. Also, consult the table below to see if we currently ship to your country. Due to a variety of customs procedures, prohibitive cost or government restrictions, we may temporarily not ship to certain countries. Please be sure to contact us if you are unsure whether we can ship to your country.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary according to the country you are sending to country. If the product you have ordered is not immediately in stock it will add a couple of days onto your shipping time so that we can quickly get it in for you.
